Can I use Steer with agents other than Claude Code?
Yes. Pro and Team plans support Codex, Gemini CLI, and any custom CLI tool. The free tier is limited to Claude Code.
What happens when my trial ends?
You drop to the Free plan. No data is lost. Your encryption keys, sessions, and configuration stay on your devices. Upgrade anytime to restore Pro features.
Is there a student/OSS discount?

Can I self-host the relay server?
The relay server is open-source. You can run it on your own Cloudflare account if you prefer. Self-hosted users don't need a Steer subscription.
